PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION specialtea.co.uk maintains a database, securely held by our host, of the address and contact details that you register, and also of any purchases made. In no way will this information be passed on to any other body unless required to by law. We will only contact you a) to confirm an order b) if there is a problem with a particular order, or c) if you have given us permission to email you regarding promotions etc. We do not hold any credit/debit card information that you enter with our secure payment provider, Nochex. PRICING, ORDERS AND AVAILABILITY All prices are in UK pounds and include VAT where applicable. Every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of pricing and order details, however should an inadvertant technical error occur, we reserve the right to amend these details if necessary. Our stock management system will usually ensure that orders are only accepted for items that are in stock. However, by acknowledging receipt of your order we are not creating a legally binding contract to supply goods which we do not have in stock but will contact you to discuss. We will usually despatch your order within 1-2 working days. Should we be unable to do so we will advise you of the delay. Please note that when ordering goods from outside the UK, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws of the importing country and for paying all applicable customs duties, taxes and import charges. RETURNS We regret that we cannot accept returns where tea sachets have been opened or where packaging has been damaged, unless the items are of unsatisfactory quality/faulty, and all returns must be notified to us within 7 days. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. Items should be returned to the postal address on our Contact page. GENERAL These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and in the event of any dispute will be decided only by the courts of England and Wales. |
